13.161  Deadline for Arbitration Hearing
The arbitration hearing must take place within 49 days from the date of assignment of the
case to the arbitrator.  The Trial Court Administrator or designee may allow an extension of
time to conduct the hearing for good cause shown, but in no event will the arbitration
process be allowed to extend more than six months from the date the case is assigned to an
arbitrator.
