OREGON · TEMPORARY CASE WORK

Forms & document review

Understand your form, find unanswered questions, and compare your draft with statewide and county court rules.

Files and answers stay in this open page. No private content is sent to an AI or uploaded to the server. Changing cases, refreshing or ending the session clears this review.

1 · Bring in your document

PDF or Word (.docx), up to 20 MB; text up to 200,000 characters. PDF filling supports up to 80 pages. Scanned PDFs need a readable text layer; OCR is not included.

County rules shown here are for circuit courts. Confirm the actual court and case type.

The Oregon county selected above is used for draft preparation and rule review. Selecting a county does not establish venue.

One question at a time

Upload a readable PDF above to work through its detected questions.

Read the printed question before answering. Court-only and signing spaces are excluded. An unanswered question may be conditional; “Next question” does not mark it complete.

2 · Purpose & preparation

Upload a form or paste a draft to begin.

3 · Missing information & structure

No document reviewed yet.

“PDF-required” comes from the file’s field metadata. Other blanks and section checks are review prompts; they do not determine legal completeness.

Packet checks that need your confirmation
  • Are all companion forms and attachments required for your role and stage included?
  • Do the names, dates, amounts and case caption agree across the packet?
  • Have you checked conditional questions, confidentiality, signature and verification requirements?
  • Have you checked service, filing route and case-specific orders?

These cannot be established just by reading one document. A blank court-only or signature space is not filled automatically.

4 · Formatting & county requirements

Choose a county to compare circuit-court sources.

Statewide starting points · UTCR 2.010

Subject to rule/statute exceptions: US Letter pages; one-inch side margins; a two-inch blank area at the top of the first pleading or similar document; double-spaced pleadings and motions; numbered paragraphs; a caption identifying the court, parties and roles, case number and document title; document name and page number at the bottom left. Signing, exhibits and proposed orders have additional requirements.

These are review guides, not automatic reformatting. Original official forms retain their layout. PDF font, spacing and margin compliance is not established by text extraction; Word checks use explicit formatting only.
