5.021  Electronic Recordings submitted in Writ of Review Proceedings
Following the court’s allowance of a Petition for Writ of Review pursuant to ORS
34.040, all audio and video recordings of hearings or proceedings before an officer or
tribunal shall be fully and accurately transcribed and shall be returned as part of the
certified copy of the record of proceedings in question in accordance with ORS 34.060.
