6.014 Voluntary Settlement Conference

A voluntary settlement conference may be requested by all parties for an action at any
stage of the proceeding by filing a request for a voluntary settlement conference with the
calendar clerk.  The Presiding Judge, or designee, will rule on said request and, if
appropriate, calendar the matter for a voluntary settlement conference.
