6.051 SUBMISSION OF TRIAL MEMORANDA AND JURY INSTRUCTIONS

If a trial memorandum is to be submitted, it must be received by the assigned trial judge
by noon prior to the day of trial.  Jury instructions must be received by the assigned trial
judge on the first day of trial, unless requested earlier.
