IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR JACKSON COUNTY 
IN THE MATTER OF: 
RESCINDING ORDERS RELATED TO 
ADMINISTRATION OF THE COURT 
PRESIDING JUDGE ORDER 
NO. 26-09 
WHEREAS, the Court has previously issued various Presiding Judge Orders (PJO) relating 
to the administration of the Circuit Court; and 
WHEREAS, it is the determination of the Court that those prior orders are no longer necessary 
or have become obsolete and should be rescinded for administrative and operational reasons; 
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED the following orders related Administration of the Court are 
hereby rescinded in their entirety: 
1. PJO 21-1 O Regarding Exhibits for Remote Proceedings Under COVID-19 Restrictions Actions, 
dated April 22, 2021. 
2. PJO 21-08 Regarding Conduct of Court Hearings and Trials Under COVID-19 Restrictions, 
dated March 15, 2021. 
3. PJO 12-04 Regarding Public Service Hours Due to Budget Limitations, dated April 16, 2012. 
4. PJO 07-07 Regarding Blanket Recusal of Judge Ron Grensky, dated January 12, 2007, 
and all subsequent Amended Orders. 
5. PJO 99-10 Regarding Possession of Firearm or Dangerous Weapon in a Court Facility, 
dated November 8, 1999. 
This rescission is effective on the date of this signed Order.
