4.011  Pretrial Motions
All pretrial motions not covered by UTCR 4.010 (rule pertains to omnibus
motions, motions relating to discovery) shall be filed with the court at or before the time
of the pretrial conference. The court shall set the matter for hearing and notify the
parties in writing of the date of said hearing. Unless for good cause shown, no such
hearing shall be scheduled fewer than 14 days after the filing of said motion.
