Oregon court rules & publisher orders

Search a rule number or topic in circuit-court local rules and statewide UTCR. County filters select sources; they do not determine the court, venue or applicable law.

36 Oregon counties · 27 local rulebooks · 24 UTCR chapter PDFs

Machine-extracted or machine-OCR source text, not independently validated legal requirements. Later amendments, case orders, exceptions, signatures, service, fees and deadlines require original-source review. Reserved and repealed chapters do not create requirements.

Reserved and repealed-only chapters are retained as such. Amendment and supplemental orders are searched separately because their extracted text may include deleted or superseded provisions. Some scans have machine OCR, visibly labeled and unreviewed. Remaining scans have original-source links only. Verify all text and amendment markings in the PDF.

Twelfth Judicial District – Polk County – February 1, 2026 Page | 20 APPENDIX 3 8.075 PARENTING TIME SCHEDULE 1. Therefore, the terms "custodial parent" and "non-custodial parent," in reference to these Local Rules, are to be read with the idea and belief that each parent should be afforded the opportunity to play an active role in the child's life. The purpose of these guidelines is to provide a schedule for parents who have not established another schedule. Parents are encouraged to be flexible and to consider their child's best interests in arranging additional parenting time. The Twelfth Judicial District may be able to provide mediation services to assist you in resolving conflicts regarding custody and parenting time upon the request of a party. 2. DEFINITIONS: “Child” includes all minor children referred to in the Judgment or Order. “…
