A license in good standing in any state as any of the following: licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licenses clinical social worker, registered nurse, or attorney; or b. Post-graduate degree (e.g., MSW, MSN, other master’s degree, J.D.) and at least two years of relevant experience. c. The presiding judge or his or her designee may determine whether the proposed visitor’s experience is sufficient. d.
