WHEREAS, to accommodate government budget limitations in this state, it may be appropriate from time to time for one or more Oregon state courts to decide to close or limit services to the public. Presiding Judge Order 25-016 Page 2 of 2 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Morrow County Circuit Court will be open to the public during the following hours effective November 24, 2025. Notice shall be provided by memorandum to the local bar, state bar, law enforcement, state and local agencies, and will be updated on the 6th Judicial District website for the public. Morrow County Circuit Court: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (formerly 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) The court will modify hours of operation on an as-needed basis to accommodate trials. Parties needing additional time for hearings outside of the modified hours of operation shall file their written request no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled hearing so the court may review and determine staffing resource availability.
